3. Membership

Membership terms and conditions:

• Payment and Billing: Membership fees are due at the time of registration and upon renewal. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

• You understand that AI tools may not always produce perfect or complete results, and you should review all outputs before implementing them.
• You agree not to use these tools for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.
• You understand that certain AI features may require additional data processing, and you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You acknowledge that AI features may be adjusted, modified, or discontinued at any time.

AMA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by our AI tools and is not responsible for any actions taken based on such information.

5. RFP System

The Request for Proposal (RFP) system allows members to create, distribute, and respond to business opportunities. By using the RFP system:

• You warrant that all information provided in your RFP submissions is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You understand that AMA does not guarantee responses to your RFPs or the quality of those responses.
• You acknowledge that AMA is not a party to any contracts or agreements resulting from connections made through the RFP system.
• You agree not to submit RFPs for prohibited activities, services, or products.
• You understand that RFP notification preferences are customizable, and you are responsible for maintaining your preferred settings.

AMA reserves the right to remove or reject any RFP that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

6. Cross Promotions and Ad Spaces

Our platform facilitates cross-promotional opportunities and ad space listings. By utilizing these services:

• You affirm that you have the legal right to promote, advertise, or sell the products or services you list.
• You agree that all promotional content complies with applicable advertising laws and regulations, including truth-in-advertising requirements.
• You understand that AMA does not guarantee any specific results from advertising activities.
• You acknowledge that AMA is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.
• You agree not to promote prohibited items or services as defined in our guidelines.
• You understand that pricing and availability of ad spaces are subject to change.

AMA reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

7. Venue and Vendor Listings

The platform allows users to list and browse venues and vendors. By using these features:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about any venue or service you list.
• You understand that AMA does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted listings.
• You acknowledge that AMA is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of listed venues or services.
• You agree not to list venues or services that are illegal or violate any applicable laws.
• You understand that all transactions or agreements between users are solely between those users, and AMA is not a party to those transactions.

AMA reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and data compilations, is the property of AMA or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Services without our prior written consent, except as provided in these Terms of Service.

9. User Content

By submitting content to our platform (including profiles, listings, comments, and other materials), you:

• Grant AMA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.
• Warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the content you submit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

In no event shall AMA's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to AMA for use of the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
